What our clients ask

Fees, scope, regulations and the practical details of working with RAAM.

  • Tenant sourcing and screening, Ejari registration, rent collection, DEWA and chiller account handling, preventative and reactive maintenance, snagging, insurance coordination, annual financial statements and 24/7 emergency response.

  • RAAM's standard management fee is between 5% and 8% of annual rent, depending on the asset type, building and scope. Villas, short-term lets and multi-unit portfolios are quoted individually.

  • Yes. We process Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) holiday-home permits, manage Tourism Dirham fees, professional photography, channel management on Airbnb and Booking.com, and full guest concierge.

  • Rent is collected via cheques or bank transfer in AED into a segregated client account. Net proceeds are disbursed to the owner within five working days of clearance, with a digital statement on every transaction.

  • Yes. Our technical team carries out a full snagging report within 7 days of handover, liaises with the developer's defects-liability team, and re-inspects before the warranty period expires.

  • We provide preventative AC servicing, plumbing, electrical, handyman and deep-cleaning under annual contracts, with vetted MEP partners and a single point of contact via WhatsApp.
