Tenancy contracts, viewings and the practicalities of leasing in the UAE.

  • Tenants need a valid passport copy, UAE residence visa (or entry stamp for new arrivals), Emirates ID, and a salary certificate or trade licence. RAAM handles the Ejari registration and DEWA activation on your behalf.

  • Standard residential leases run for 12 months and are registered with Ejari. Rent is typically paid in 1 to 4 post-dated cheques. A 5% security deposit (10% for furnished) is held against damages and refunded within 30 days of handover.

  • Yes — every RAAM listing comes with a private video walkthrough on request, plus a live WhatsApp video tour with a senior agent. We can also reserve a unit with a refundable deposit while you arrange travel.

  • Selected residences in Dubai Marina, JBR, Palm Jumeirah and Downtown are licensed for short stays. Use the Property Type filter or speak to our concierge to see what's currently available.

  • Quoted rents are exclusive of service charges, DEWA, chiller and internet, which are payable by the tenant. The 5% Dubai municipality housing fee is billed monthly with DEWA.
